So, how's it going Rocky? I'm fine and you? well, I'm just waiting on a question to be answered by any knowledgeable vaping person who might know anything about my question because I can't seem to find one anywhere. Even a big resounding "NO ONE MAKES THEM" would be just fine.

a. Am I not presenting the question correctly and is difficult to understand?

b. Am I just impatient and should wait a few more days for an answer?

c. Am I just being paranoid again?

please stay tuned for more from the Rockyroad show after this brief commercial message...

LOL Rocky, nice picture. With regards to the dripshields, they do seem to be a standard length. They were primarily made for the 901 atties even though they are now used in a lot of different configurations.

Hope that answers your question.

What are you trying to use it with?

A standard 510 atty..and by the way, thank you for saving me from a serious anxiety meltdown! I think I get the picture here. Is someone going to make a drip shield for a standard 510 atty? should I go for a patent? I want to use a drip shield with my 510 atty but I must use a connector to do that. Rob discouraged me from using a 510 to 510 connector on his Reo.

I don't use drip shields myself, but I just happened in here and had a good laugh! Too funny you talking to yourself! And I have no idea WHERE in Indiana you live, but I've never seen roads like that anywhere in my neck of the woods! lol! My only thought is to get a regular size drip shield and cut it down to size? Just a thought. Ok...carry on talking with yourself! lol!

Hi Kay, I'm glad I could give you a smile. I live by Geist Reservoir near Fishers Indiana on the edge of Indianapolis. Actually no roads like that around here either. It's just a symbol of my journey with ecigs and life in general. I would cut it down but I believe there are two grooves cut inside at each end for an o-ring, to prevent juice from leaking out. I don't have the tools to cut the groove. I don't remember talking to myself before I joined the forums. Now I do it frequently. I love your avatar and a "Hi" right back at ya!

Are you ready for this???? I had the exact same problem!! I'm so happy I finally get to share my configuration with someone who needs it! You need to get a 510/306 universal drip tip from cherry vape! They increase the length of you atty perfectly! So the drip shield slips over the atty and the drip tip then on to the pv it goes. Pics coming soon. I hope this is what you meant ;)

Thanks thughes, I believe that will work! I just ordered one. It's nice I can still use my brushed stainless ming on top of it as well.

Your very welcome! I hope that's what were you looking for. Its worked for me for months now. My every day vape. Its nice how you can use other drip dips especially when its on a 306 because those attys don't have a variety of drip tips like 510's do.

Dont you need to use an adapter? Otherwise the Atty will still leak directly in your connector.

After looking at the pic again I see what you mean...Looks like no way around it with a mod that doesn't have the connector extended upward like the Merlin and the Minxy. Still glad I got the universal thing though cause I like 306's. Guess I'll just have to let the juice well do it's job on the Reo.

thughes-where did you get that drip shield? I see part of a vendor logo, but I can't make out the rest; I've seen some similar at empiremods, but I like that one better.

That one is actually from empiremods. I just had it laser engraved. It says (Vaping F word Yeah!) I love it!
