I don't have the Sig 150.
As rule of thumb, a dual battery mod can be either buck or boost. If the two batteries are in parallel (smok80 Watt or iStick 50 W) the mod is boost type. If the batteries are in series (IPV v4), then the mod is buck type.
There is only one exception, the Yihi Sx mini: it is both buck or boost with one or two batteries in series.
As additional indication, mods with batteries in parallel can be recharged via the micro-USB port. Mods with batteries in series usually have a round charging jack and a 9 Volt wall wart.
