To mention this first, all of the ipv mods with the battery door on the bottom terrible design. Mine started failing the 3rd week or so, tried to repair myself, screw broke off, made it worse. So, I bought the IPV5, this is an awesome mod, love it.
On to the question; Does anyone have any idea why after I clean my tank without the core installed, the core starts registering at .133 or some where in that range, but before the cleaning it would register between .05 and .07. When this happens the core begins to dry burn and eventually melts. Yes I said melts, like I put sulfuric acid straight on the element.
Any help would be appreciated, as I have tried to contact pioneer4you twice and no response.
