I have an ipv2s and I love the touch sensor. Havent had it ever fire from stuff getting on the button. Not having a touch sensor is why I havent gotten an ipv3 yet. Definitely getting this when I have the money.
Neither have I. I love my ipv 2 50watt. Only thing Is my battery door Is stuck , so I've had the same battery probably 6 months. :)

i haven't really messed with it much tbh, my original IPV3 didn't have a functioning one
but depending on how you hold it, it can be more comfortable to use

im going to have more time tomorrow and sunday to actually play around with and give it a full look over

Saw on vape deals these are only $85 with a coupon code, forget where. Gotta love a price drop after only being out what two weeks if even.

Another price drop or two and I just may have to pick one up.

Eddie over @ ecigaretteempire Just put his iPV3 Li's on sale for the weekend for $79.99 with free shipping ends monday he said.
No coupon code required.

I just received my IPV3 Li today and I've managed to leave my instruction manual at work. I've managed to pretty much get my head around most of it, but could a kind soul explain how the Set Resistance feature works, please? I can make the setting appear by pressing +/- but I don't know how to adjust it and, in fact, if I need to adjust it or not (to be honest I'm not sure what it even means in practical terms).

The set resistance feature is for Joules mode. When you first put a ni200/ti coil/atomizer on, while it is still at room temp, you 'set resistance' to lock it in for 'accurate' temp control.

If you're using power mode, and kanthal, you don't need to use it at all.

Just had my second eVic VT die in less than a month, so I picked up an IPV3 Li today. The form factor isn't as nice as the eVic, but this thing hits like a tank in both modes, and the TC mode is spot on.

Lovin it so far! :)

First question: Are there any silicon sleeves or more comfortable wraps available for this thing?

there are, sweet vapes has some, and you can also find them on e-bay. debating on if i want to order one for mine. the price range from $7-$10

Good info! I just ordered a red and black sleeve from eBay after reading elsewhere that they fit really well. I think I'll be happier without the sharp edges and some additional protection wrapped around the whole mod. The only pain in the .... will be changing the batteries, of course.
