Just to be clear, if I have 30ML of 36mg unflavorerd juice, it would mix into 60ML of 18mg DIY flavored juice?

If that is true, where would the savings be?
I'm Not clear on what you are saying. You want to get 18mg strength of 60ml out of 30ml of 36mg.
I had attached and e-liquid calculator so you can play and understand it a little better.

Thanks for the calculator. I will give it a whirl.

I am saying that if I start with a base of 30ml of 36mg unflavored juice and mix it with Louann's and PG... approx. how much will that make if my end product was 24mg and how much would it make if the end product was 18mg.

Yes if you had 30 Ml of 36 mg and you wanted 18 mg you would cut with 50% PG or VG, thus giving you 60 ML total at 18mg.

The savings would be in the lower price of your cutting agent.

If your juice is say $20 per 30 ml and PG was, just for easier math, $1 per 30 ML and you cut 50/50 you would get a total cost of:

$11 per 30 ml, so your savings would be $9 per 30 ML of finished product.

I hope that is what you were asking about?
