Just the first easiest thing that came to mind. Oh yeah and if you tell them, you'll probably have to do it more than once. Whenever they get the computer they all think they need to have control of the mouse. We'll probably have to do it in shifts, I have three that need the talk.

Glad you're eating healthy, I know we have been trying to and it's not always easy. I'm finding taco's are a good medium for healthy eating lower fat gr beef or chicken, less cheese and more veggies, radishes, bell peppers, cabbage cilantro all kinds of things and tons of fresh salsa with gallons of green hot sauce.
