I went thru twenty-four, eighteen, fourteen, twelve, eight, six, then four. The last few days before quitting I occasionally vaped some four thru out the day.
All I have left now is the habit.

I'm in the opposite situation...I thought it was just about going through the motions for me, so I got a little overzealous and ordered some free samples in 0nic. Turns out it was still about the nicotine, too, so now I've gotta go pick up some unflavored nic to cut them with.
