This "cake" will be an interesting adventure since he is allergic/sensitive to most foods .... gluten, grains, dairy, certain veggies, sugar, flavorings ... pretty much impossible, so Im slicing a fresh pineapple and arranging the slices in layers to create a cake shape and sticking raspberry and blueberry toothpick skewers in the top LOL!
