I found an app on my phone for coupons for meds. That saved me $fifty on one script last refill. Have you looked into anything like that?

it's hard to play with discounts n coupons etc. while having your insurance medicare. Yeah, they have extra plans that cover GAP and stuff but they cost ya a higher monthly fee. And in my experience with medicare billing it takes months and months to clear up after they screw things up with payments of things. Nothing done thru the gubment is quick. We do have different med cards fer discounts but sometimes it ain't werth the gubment hassle of fighting with them. I dunno if that made any sense to you. I have fought and declared victory of other things and medicare people but it was a horrific battle I don't really like to deal with if I don't have to

Good thought! I have one Rx that's not generic. Soon, I hope; the patent runs out this year. Anyway, the manufacturers often have discount programs. And there are others, just Google "prescription discount card." You can usually print it and it's good right away. I have one that's good for $25 off every month. It never expires. So my $100 Rx only costs $75. Also try https://www.pparx.org. Lots of options.

I have done the manufacture "discount" cards. The avg saving for me with those was about $three. I found a site that compares tons of cards and sorts them by meds and location. Give it a try. I was surprised it saved me as much as it did. Goodrx.com It didn't lower all of mine but it did lower the expensive ones quite a bit.

They don't care how I pay it apparently, because they haven't gigged me for using a coupon. So, I have the $25 discount card and I pay $75. I am on government insurance as well. These coupons are just that, coupons. I hand it to the pharmacist and they take money off. Shrug. Just a thought, it works for me.

Not really, what I'm saying is that they screw up often and don't care how long it takes to clear it up cuz they aren't the ones suffering. One decimal point punched into their puters wrong and they take many many many months to fix it. I've had it happen before. Even social security is not fool proof. They have done wrong in the past so many times it ain't funny. But yet again, they take their sweet ... time to fix the trouble. I had gotten a disablility check once for thirty-five dollars. I went to the ss office and there was a line out the door for the same thing of people getting the wrong amounts. It happens all the time. Consider yourself lucky if you're on any kind of gubment craps and never have trouble with them

You should have seen the 'Happy' faces on some of the peoples in dat line that day. I was RICH compared to them. Some people were posta live on three dollars for the month even, alot of them nine dollars tho
