Please understand I am very new and have very little basic knowledge. I saw a mod that was made from a Dr Who sonic screwdriver and started looking around and think I really want to use this and mod it into a vape future sonic screwdriver Doctor Who Toys -River Song's Sonic Screwdriver

where do I even start?

First you need one in had, 2nd you need to dismantle it and see what the dimensions are inside, 3rd you need to see what you want to keep as part of the elements of the Sonic Screwdriver, lights etc. Then you can start mapping if it will be mechanical or electronic with like a DNA20. Then depending on the accessories you are keeping you will want to know what the voltage requirement is and if they will be tied to the master on off switch. Really hard to tell what direction to go until you have one in hand.
But that is a start in a direction.

Thank you Dan. I am picking one up tomorrow at hot topic ( I have a 50% coupon so I can get two...just in case) will then proceed to very carefully take it apart and measure everything the one element I would like to keep is the LED light on the end (if possible) so will have to map that section out as well.

Lol if you get this done I would love to be a fly on the wall when you vape this thing in public lmao. i get looks with an ego twist nevermind this thing! Looks cool though for a home vape.
