We are going through some major reorganization here at Virgin Vapor. Helen has had to step down unexpectedly as my co-mixer (for very happy reasons but which require her to not work around nicotine for the time being!) so it's just me doing all the mixing and customer service right now. This is more than a one person job and I am struggling to keep up! My apologies for shipping and e-mail response times that are a bit longer than normal at the moment. In response, I'm making some major changes over the next week to get back up to speed and better serve Virgin Vapor's customers. Changes will include adding a customer service phone line and new, faster shipping times, but please bear with me during this transition!
