We are going through some major reorganization here at Virgin Vapor. Helen has had to step down unexpectedly as my co-mixer (for very happy reasons but which require her to not work around nicotine for the time being!) so it's just me doing all the mixing and customer service right now. This is more than a one person job and I am struggling to keep up! My apologies for shipping and e-mail response times that are a bit longer than normal at the moment. In response, I'm making some major changes over the next week to get back up to speed and better serve Virgin Vapor's customers. Changes will include adding a customer service phone line and new, faster shipping times, but please bear with me during this transition! I'll be announcing changes soon and I thank you for your patience and understanding!

I sent out a newsletter explaining the changes and current slower shipping and response times but it had the unexpected consequence of causing a wave panic purchases! Please be patient and I promise there is no need to panic! We are temporarily understaffed and now significantly behind on orders but we are filling and shipping orders as fast as possible and we will be caught up and back to our usual shipping speed soon! My apologies for the delays right now. We are doing our best to get orders out ASAP. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

I have temporarily shut the website down to new orders until we can get caught up. The more I tried to reassure everyone that we were just temporarily behind, the more of a wave of panic purchases it caused backing us up further. I don't want people to have to wait too long for orders to ship so I am just closing up shop until we're back on schedule. We'll reopen as soon as we can!

Annette could it be possible to have an estimation of when VV is going to reopen?

I'm working as fast as I can to get caught up on orders and we should be able to reopen possibly as soon as tonight or it could be as late as Monday. I'll make a decision later today when I can see where we are. My apologies for the temporary shut down. We just got overwhelmed with orders really quickly, with some people coming back to place second and third orders and it quickly spiraled out of control and it seemed like shutting down was the best option. I'll definitely post here as soon as we're open again!

I've decided to stay closed for a few more days to give myself time to batch mix and get ahead of the game (I'm a little scared to reopen and I want to make sure I'm ready to handle the orders!). I'm making some changes, adding a few new flavors and reorganizing the e-liquid factory to get everything super streamlined. We'll be back on Monday and...

...I'll be reopening with a 4th of July sale!

Well, I had a VV disaster today so I am glad to hear you are opening soon. Just got an order in last week and ordered a small bottle of the Vanilla Peach to try. I love it and last night went to order a large bottle and found out about the store closing. So, I came here and read the posts and wasn't really worried because I just got an order in. Well today I left the dropper top loose on the Vanilla Peach and then knocked it over. I didn't realize it until several hours later so now I have nothing but a few drops in the bottle. This constitues an emergency situation now. So, I am thankful for an opening on Monday.

So when you reopen you'll have regular orders, people who've been waiting to place orders while the site was down, AND your having a SALE on top of it all?!?! :blink: Great for us but you just got caught up! Are you a glutton for punisment or something?! Just kidding. :p
