Please Chime in on the New Larger Hole Batteries...thanks

Got two auto shorties in the mail today and I'm loving them so far. Great vapor production and a really smooth draw. I like the size of a "real" cig for work and in the truck at home, I switch between my regular batteries and the PT when I'm close to the computer. Seems there's something I like about each version.

I got a couple of new regular auto's (single logo) this morning - it seems like there's too much airflow as I have a hard time pulling enough vacuum for it to turn on. A little tape over a couple of the holes helps a lot.

edit ... also got premium carto's on the same order - definitely worth a couple of extra bucks.

I was thinking of buying the shorty, but people are saying it is kinda loud. As someone who has never vaped, how loud is loud? Annoying loud? Whistle loud? Buzzing loud?

Ok, so I will just say that I adjust the holes on my carto's if sound is an issue for you. Remember, sound of a new cart only last a short time then, it's not an issue. Just know that you will have to try them for yourself. I have found that noise, taste, and everything else is subjective. It's different for everybody. For me I love the new shorty, but my hubby sticks with the familiar XLs. Everyone is different, and thank goodness V4L has an option that is right for "you". Hiya. It's my understanding that the holes are going to be smaller in all but the shorties. Not as small as before, but smaller than the new manual shorties. So, maybe you got one that was due to a miscommunication between Leaford and the manufacturer. Also, remember to adjust your batteries to suit your own noise level...smile. At any rate, within the next few shipments all should be on target. The larger holes are awesome on the MANUAL shorties, but not auto. This does make a huge difference, trust me on this. Anyhoo, the premium cartos are awesome just like you said!! But batteries, are getting corrected due to a miscommunicado... Whew, glad that's all it is. I'm not sure, but I assume that you like the Premium cartos, is that right? Or, where you talking about the batteries? I need a little more clarification, if that's ok with you.
