We don't have any particulars on this. WHY has this gone on for months? WHY has FDA held shipments? Is this happening to all the E-Cig Companies?
Do we have ANY IDEA how long this procedure will take? WE don't know enough to make any decisions. Sorry.....wish I knew.

and yep it's not just specific to e-cigs. and it's not just the FDA in some cases it's the customs in the US and the originating country. U.S. is killing us!!!
Somethin about their silly limits I believe....you can only have so much brought in from china at a time...and then...well, you know how the govt works.....it takes forever for them to put the blocks in numerical order

Steve and his lawyer are doing all they can. Its got to be very frustrating for them and we just have to be patient as hard as it is. I know if it was my company I would be going nuts over this (course I'm half way there already).
Sorry to be a broken record, but the only suggestion I can give is if you have a go to vape, one you truly can't live without, carry a six months supply on hand as much as possible. That way if there is a shortage you have enough for half a year's worth of delay.....
The last 5 days in this forum have been a broken record. One more stock question, and I'm gonna set my balls on fire and put em out with a sledgehammer. Won't solve anything, but at least I'll have accomplished something noteworthy.

Sally, Unfortunately we are unable to say much about the situation. We are working on a resolution to the issue, it just takes time. At this point there are lawyers involved. There are other things we are doing as well, but unfortunately that's all I can really say. I do apologize for everyone's frustration. I am out of Waffle myself and am scrambling for something else to vape. Nobody is more frustrated than us at V4L.
Don't you dare... I know it is frustrating... but all will work out soon and we can move on to brighter topics - but no personal injury to family members allowed.....
Everyone's frustration is showing!!!!! Morandir sir, good advice but it's too late! I think the problem is that nobody can a 6 month supply. I do feel bad for V4L AND us as customers. Gotta love our government, not. Wish they would get out of everybodys business period.
Thanks for the update and the unnecessary apology (though it is greatly appriciated). And I think everyone understands why you can't and shouldn't be more specific. V4L is an awesome company and sells a fantastic product. You have full credit for getting me off of analogs. Had anything gone wrong with my orders, batts, cartos, etc. I would have been running back to Marlboro country. So, to put it simply, thank you. I'm more than happy to sit tight until things get resolved. It's not like there's not a plethora (that's right I used plethora) of flavors to choose from.
