Perhaps on the first page a update of when new items are estimated in and possibly a page for sales . I think it killed my soul when ECF forums were down a couple of times and couldn't see what sales you were having that night :p
A newsletter would be nice.
I don't particularly care for having to register because as it is now I have a notebook filled with websites with usernames and passwords . I'm sure ya'll know what I mean , you so much as sneeze near a webpage and need to register on it :nah:

Also, bulk pricing would be awesome. I think most us vapers are packrat hoarders anyways and I know I'm guilty of buying more to get the discount lol

I'd second a bulk discount, as I'd like to buy some for friends, but I feel guilty, Rob's prices and shipping are already so good! Also, I like the idea of knowing what's new and what's on sale on the main page? And would it be possibly to separate the spare parts/accessories into sub-categories by model type? It would be cool to just see what you have available for the model I use. Other than that, the website is nice. The colors in the store are calming, not obnoxious, and all in all for a shopping cart based site its one of the nicer ones I've seen.

Joanna,

I have thought of the model type catagorizing. I may be doing that soon.
It makes sense, just that it was the way it was since the beginning.

Change is good. As far as specials, I will try to slowly go to a 3 day or weekly special.
This way I can post it in the featured items, and also have them on the home page of the webstore.

Thanks for the input and feedback!

Rob

As a web developer I can tell you that you've done a GREAT job with your site layout. Navigation is very intuitive, the large photos are excellent, and there is a reasonable amount of info about each product. Seems to be tied into your inventory database well also (very important!) When you have the space, it's hard to give too much info, saves the user from having to contact you to ask questions. Give the most pertinent info at the top and then go into detail - if they want to stop reading about the product they can click "add to cart" or on another link.

The shopping cart worked just fine for me and there was nothing confusing about any of the process - but then I've ordered using that same cart many times.

It's not the most attractive site out there but there's only so much you can do with a GoDaddy Quick Shopping Cart. I'd rather have a quick loading, highly functional site like yours, than a slick looking, slow to load, hard to navigate site filled with overpriced products that only half of are in stock!

In short, your site does exactly what it's supposed to and does it well

I agree your site is easy to navigate and find things. I like it just the way it is.
There are sites that are just to much bother to use.

Your ECF sig banner looks much more attractive than the
plain-text banner in your website and store pages.

Perhaps a banner contest, or some contributions from your customerbase,
to design something to 'jazz it up' a bit?

While I do agree the website is currently fast and easy to navigate,
that is one area of every page that could be more 'dazzling' ,
and still be easy on navigation, since it is simply duplicated.

Your business card theme, smoke on purple, would be nice too..

I like the easy to read high contrast .the purple smoke would be ok as long as the text is to the side of the image. the bcard is a little hard for me to see with my bad farsighted eyes. Also like the fast load of small thumbnails instead of huge image files told in html to render in a thumbnail size . I like the large image when I choose it. Some sites I dislike I have to select the text to change the color in order to see it cause the page selects the color instead of my browser defaults. your page and one other in FL are my fav designs. ps I use freebsd and hate the flash stuff , thanks for not using it everywhere.
