I am new here, but from my experience the juice is premixed ready to use, you CAN order a higher strength and cut it with USP approved VG or PG from walmart to make your juice last longer. But if you arent a heavy vaper you should be just fine ordering whatever strength you need and using it right out of the box.

There is no such thing as a dumb question! I'm no expert but I know that the juices I get from V4L are completely ready to drop and go! I'm pretty sure that most of the juices you buy from any company (unless you buy unflavored which I believe are usually used for DIY mixing) are the same as well.

Personally, I have found that VG creates more vapor, but I usually order PG ~ so I bought a bottle of NOW brand VG from a local health food store ($4) and I add about 1 ml of that to 5 ml of juice (I was mixing it 5ml to 5ml when I was brand new..but I found that took away too much of the flavor)

I hope this helps a little ~ some more seasoned veterans of the forum could probably offer a lot more advice!

Welcome to the forum! When you search a vendors site for "e-liquid" they will show you all the flavors they have. Most sites operate the same sort of way.. then you click on the flavor you think you would like and it will ask you to choose the strength and bottle size. Once you receive it you can use it as is or you can cut it with some pg or vg that you have purchased separately. This will reduce the flavor so some people will instead order "doublers" which is no nic flavored juice that you can cut the higher nic juice with instead of pg or vg alone. The doublers are pg, vg or a mix of both that is flavored just like the juice you ordered.

you can vape almost every liquid that you can buy from any of the registered suppliers.
pg is the most readily used base. vg is another base, and sometimes you'll find them mixed (or you can stipulate your preference of mix).
nicotine is added, and again you can generally select your level (24mg/ml, 12mg/ml, etc). you can also buy 0nic liquid.
the flavored liquid you see is a combination of some or all of the above.

so flavored doublers at 0 nic will still vape.
you can also buy plain 0nic pg and vg, and vape that. it wouldn't taste like anything and probably not be satisfying.

the only thing that won't vape is the flavors themselves. without a base of pg and/or vg, they just won't work.
