Please Help! anyone know where to buy 36mg BULK eliquid-Centraltrade only does 26 now

Does anyone know any distributers that sell liquid in 36mg strength. Centraltrade is only selling 26mg at the highest claiming that there is some new chinese law againt it.
Does anyone know any other place I could purchase bulk e-liquid that has prices similar to centraltrade-royal smokers and offers higher mg such as 36mg

One more thing would anyone know where to buy bulk 48mg unflavored for DIY
