I have lived a long life, most of it as a single person and many breakups and heartbreaks. Here is one thing I have discovered: given some time you won't even want to re-arrange your schedule to have lunch with this "one and only" love. Believe me it is true: I have lived this.

As for the e-cigs. Step up your nicotine some, chain vape if you need to. Otherwise, do something you love to do that maybe you haven't been doing since you were involved with your girlfriend, take a nap, read everything on this forum (as in keep your mind busy on something other than your break up) and drink a lot of water (not for the vaping, but because there is something about water that helps wash out the hormones/chemicals that are keeping you depressed).

Also, I send you hugs. You need them. Love will find you again...just wait and see.

So sorry for your breakup I know they are very depressing and stressful. Things just sort of have a way of working out for the best but it does take some time to realize that. Don't be so hard on yourself while you are waiting for that realization. It is bothering you enough that you made this post which tells me you are hurting and need some comfort. Get out and be with your friends. Do something that you use to enjoy doing and haven't done in a while. Life is not always easy but..........life is always good. Good luck to you and I look forward to hearing how well you are vaping and about your new girlfriend that is rocking your world.
