Hi guys, I am using Carto tank and cartomizers from Big Daddy..
I am 100% sure I did everything right to fill a tank (I have been using the big daddy filling tool to fill my tanks)
Sometimes my cartomizers work fine, but sometimes I still have two problems...
1. juice come out through the drip tip after I vaped few minutes
2. There is heavy burning taste in my cartomizer, I am 100% I did everything right
First, I drop about 20-30 drops of juice into the cartomizer and shake it very very well
THen, I use my filling tool to fill the juice, but it still tastes like burning..

It really confuses me... I have already tried like ten cartomizers, about three of them failed....
Can anyone help me please :(?

Sorry if my English isnt pefect^_^

edit: I am using 80%PG 20% VG juice, with one hole on the cartomizer (I bought it pre punched)
I am running it on a Provari, the cartomizer is 1.5 ohm

It sounds like you are consistent in how you are setting up. You may just have a few bad cartos in your batch.

The fluid coming out of the carto sounds like the carto is flooded and needs to be blown out prior to vaping.

The burnt taste sounds like you have not primed it as well and the material is burning. I ususally like to hear a slight gurgle when i finish priming. That tells me my carto is ready to go.

Be patient and stick with it. You will get your process down and it will all be good!

When I use the flick/thermometer method I drip a few drops, then flick, a few more, then flick...and I repeat several times until the top of the carto looks slushy no matter how much I flick it and also, juice is weeping out the hole(s). I don't count the drops at all. It's always worked for me.
