I am completely overwhelmed by all the variables and although not available In Australia, they Are legal to buy from OS in my State.

V2cigs
Choice7's etc. All seem 'popular' as I browse...

...but I want to be sure I can attain blank cartridges and use Natural N as advised my my Dr.

Budget not a big issue for me

Advice would be greatly appreciated!

If you keep browsing, you will see that others have recommended "skipping" this stage with the cartridges and moving to a tank kind of thing. I was 'opposed' to it and also wanted the convenience of a cart....but have moved on to the stability of the ego type battery and a tank cartridge. This also seems to help with the consistent flavors and hits..... I wanted to maintain the look / feel of the cig, and went the way you are heading.....I spent a lot of money and then "caved" to move onto the larger battery and tank.

You need power (rechargable ecig or battery holder) that comes with a threaded connection (go for a 510 connection) with a method of delivering juice. The methods for juice delivery can be carts (cartridges), cartos (cartomizers), attys (atomizers), tanks or rebuildable atomizers/tanks. Get a 510 connection for those too.

Decide first what model of battery holder (PV) or ecigarette you want and find a compatible juice delivery piece. I recommend that you skip the cartridges as they are just messy and not good.

You will also need some juice in different strengths and flavors to try and a drip tip.

Once you have some ideas on what you want, post it here and some people can make suggestions.

Hope that this helped a little bit. Best of luck and welcome to ECF!

Trobbo - if you don't mind it being about the size of a sharpie pen then I recommend an ego.

I'd suggest two of these:
eGo-C Twist

Two of these:
Joye eGo USB Charger Cable - Vapebar

Ten of these:
Boge 510D LR Cartomiser

A few of these:
Drip Tips - 510 Drip Tips - Vapebar

Pick some juice from here, use coupon code ecf for 10% off, and buy small bottles of different flavors:
Mt Baker Vapor - Electronic Cigarettes, USA made E Juice, and Accessories

and while you're there pick up a couple of these:
Kanger MT3 Rebuildable Clearomizer - Mt Baker Vapor - Electronic Cigarettes

If you want cig size these are good:
Smokeless Image | The Best Electronic Cigarette

Get a kit with two batteries, choose 78mm.
They sell juice and cartomizers separately as well.
If you want a sharpie size check these out while you're there:
Smokeless Image | Only The Best Electronic Cigarette | X2 Battery & Battery Accessories

I've used their cig size and bigger size, they ship well and good customer service. You'll easily get what you want for under $200. These have 808 threading - compatible with 808 threaded products sold by other vendors.

Take some time to look at the sites and what they have.

Grab a couple passthroughs from Healthcabin, or Heavengifts do a search on the siteS, with the passthrough you just plug them into your computer usb port and you can vape while they charge you need no other charger with the passthroughs if you dont have a comp you can buy a charger to plug into power socket. Then choose some Ego/510 clearomizers and some bottles of juice.
Thats all you need, I have used this combination for awhile 2 or 3 years I think, you dont need the expensive kits with atomizers and cartridgess which are pretty much a waste of time and effort and juice, I went through a lot of money discovering this fact for myself..
Need any more info or links feel free to pm me.

These would be my suggestions - 2 each of the following
eGo C Twist Variable Voltage Stainless
Kanger T2 Rebuildable Clearomizer - Smoke
eGo/510 USB Rapid Charger - 420mAh

Five of these
Kanger T2 Innard 2.4-2.6ohms

2.2-2.4 or 2.4 - 2.6 ohms is the best range for the clearomizer you put on an eGo Twist.

Now, what juice> These two do ship to Oz....

So order sampler pack sizes from here -

Heathers Heavenly Vapes, Top Quality Custom E-Liquids
https://aliceinvapeland.com/e-juices

I would suggest you start with 50/50 PG/VG. Some people are sensitive to one or the other.

Also if you smoked a pack a day 18 mg nicotine should be good (maybe 12 in the evening so you can sleep as nic is a stimulant) If you smoked 2 packs a day try 24 mg and 18mg accordingly.

You'll probably want to buy a wall plug for the charging cable, but that you can check around for from the aussie stores. Good luck!

Just a quick PS to the above post. I find the Kanger T2 clearomizers are reliable on the eGo Twist. They're easy to fill, dont overfill) and when you stop getting performance just unscrew the mouthpiece and take out the old innard, pop in a new one. The T3's are starting to get mixed reviews now they've been out for a while, and there's some rogue ones out there too. What flavors do you think you'll like and how many did you smoke a day? I'd also recommend getting 1 15 ml bottle of juice in 80/20 PG/VG and 1 bottle in 100% VG in case of sensitivity to one or t'other before you buy a world full of juices. And if you can afford it buy a couple samplers in both the higher and the lower nic. As soon as you determine what flavors and nic strength you need then have at it!! :D
