And for some reason 2 of my attys have become almost impossible to draw threw with carts on dispite cleaning them numorous times. Sux cause I love carts. And their only a week or so old.

This... usually means that the atties aren't clean. Won't vape well either. PTB is OK, but direct dripping is the way to get the cleanest hit. If you can't relax that way, the other stuff is, like you said, trial and error.

If PTB+atties was the best method... why not just go with that?

Another thing that I'll bring up... it took 5 volts for me. The 3.x volts and "long drag" and such were... meh. I smoked full flavored, and missed the "hit". 5 volts solved it. Atomizers clog less at 5v too. I blow em out once or twice per day... rinse with hot water every other day or so. Been working for me for months. Ask me next month, tho, it may be different ;). e-cigs = moving target/new technology.

P.S. Dripping .... 3 drops, 10 or so puffs.... repeat.

It took me a couple weeks to get the hang of my tank....But I can successfully answer one question, to prime your atty I blow out any excess juice from the battery end of the atty then drop 2-3 drops of juice in to the hole in the battery end of the atty then flip it over and put one drop on the spike then its good to go.

So day 2 of tank and for some reason the air flow design gives me stomach ache, but it seems to vape consistently, but so is the stomach cramp, so next. Blew out and primed a brand new atty and am determined to get this to be consistent. I think the last 2 attys were cheap, they came with the ego kit. (by consistant I mean good vape, not consistent trial and error.):)

I highly recommend the non-clear (steel) ce2's. Yeah you have to use a syringe to fill them but its no big deal, they're easy to clean, easy to maintain, taste is unbeatable for a carto, and they last forever if you properly maintain em
Are the syringes the blunt tipped 5ml ones, or do they have the rubber piece?

Carts suck for most people. A good number of people think tanks suck. I think most people find dripping too much hassle.

Atomizers - ever clean them? Dirty gunked up atomizers suck and make everything taste bad. Some people (with spares) burn off gunk, some just blow out their atomizer a lot to prevent buildup, some wash them). And if you exclude tank attys, there are lots of different attys to try, standard and low resistance, 510 and 306 (I use 306 for dripping w/ a 306 drip tip).

Carts - my absolutely best experience was with blue foam stuffing - holds its shape, easy to wash and pat dry. If you happen to be using standard size 510 carts, strictlyejuice.com has precut blue foam stuffing for 510 carts. Else you would need to buy the small pieces to cut at (I think) Modern Vapor? Or the bulk as Marineland Rite-Size U Foam Sleeve for HOT Magnum Filters in the aquarium dept of Petsmart.

But cartos - cartos were definitely the sweet spot for me - the Boge ones. I know everybody tries to send people right to the 2.0 cartos and even hotter but have you tried the standard resistance Boges? I get great performance and reuse out them with a thin clear juice with no sediment. The cotton isn't getting boggy and clogged, I kept it damp so no singed taste (and the standard ones are harder to singe). One Boge I am using is 6 weeks in use - amazing (this is a bit exceptional - I usually get 3-4 weeks if I am alternating 2). Excellent reuse with thin clear juice. I think I would enjoy more VG in my juice for the thick vapor but I also love the carto working well.

How about juices. What are you vaping? How many have you tried? Have you found ones with aromas that relax you? Everyone has to find their own. For me in the beginning it was Turkish blends with their somewhat pungent nutty smell reminiscent of a freshly opened pack (Backwoods Brew Casablanca, and the stronger FreedomSmokeUSA Desert Ship). Then I found cocoas - they also hit the spot. Cocoa + tobacco really hit the spot. (most cigs have cocoa in them). And that is what I vape for my need. I started by mixing FreedomSMokeUSA cocoa or chocolate into Desert Ship. Currently vaping Vapor4Life WOWbacco (a mostly cocoa tobacco that thin and clear). So that's for my need, and now I can also vape non-tobacco flavors without getting analog cravings (for the first 2 months I could not).

I AGREE, Cartos changed everything for me. I started with an EGO-T and the only thing it's good for as far as I'm concerned is the batteries. Now finding a killer juice....at least for me has been tough....I found Peppermint and that's been good....but I'm still searching. Good Luck.....Don't give up
