Please help! Magma won't sit flush on ipv2?

Just got my Magma in the mail today, and I cannot get it to sit flush on my ipv2. I have tightened down the center pin a little bit, but I don't know how far I can tighten it down without damging anything. After tightening it down a little it still sits a good 3-5 mm above the top of my device. Any insight or help on this matter would be greatly appreciated! I've only been building for a few weeks and started with an Omega which was a PITA for me to try to learn on. So i'm really excited to get a build on this Magma, but I need to figure out how to get it to sit flush first.

That's just the way it is. Most magmas seem to have very long threaded portions and can be difficult to sit flush on a lot of mods.
Try not to think of it as a gap, but an extra measure of heat protection.

So it's not really an issue that it sits off the top like that? That was my concern, I just wanted to make sure it wouldn't cause any problems.

No issue at all unless you tend to drop the mod. Consider a 2-3mm x 22mm Washer/spacer id desired.
