Hello, I am new to the forum. Since my last ecig, it seems like the technology has changed so much that you almost need a electrical engineering degree to figure out what would best suit your needs.I want to stay around the $100 mark at first to see how everything works (I've been using the throwaways and they can get expensive)...I use my ecig about 4-6 hours a day. I like colder hits since it seems the hotter versions make me cough, probably since I haven't smoked in 2 years.I also enjoy the smaller types of ecigs so I can keep them in my pocket, possibly a charger in the car. This, however, does not limit me from having a kit to hold things in, as I am in and out of my vehicle quite a bit. Does anyone have any suggestions as to which kit(s) would best suit my needs? Any suggestions are mor than welcome. Thank you.

I don't see how you could go wrong with an Ego starter kit and some Boge 2.0 ohm cartomizers. You can get a car charger too, but Probably wouldn't need one. The two Ego batteries should last you through the day. The 900 mah Egos with carto attached are about the size of a Sharpie pen, not too big, not too small. As for the nicotine juice, that is something you will have to experiment around with until you find one or two that you like.

I would take a look at this kit, free shipping and also gives you a big bottle of liquid to try out. Genuine Joyetech batteries too!

Elite Vaporworks eGo Twist Starter Kit with Boge LR Cartomizers - eGo Twist

You can upgrade the batteries to 1000 mah(2) for $6. I think the price is good. I purchased the K-go kit for hubby back in September, still going strong. The battery lasts him more than 1 day before he needs to recharge.

If I wanted something really small I'd get that eroll. Batteries are only 90mah though so will only last a little under an hour each per charge. The charger is 1000mah so it should get you through the day if you don't mind having to switch the batteries so often in the charging case. If you're in your car a lot you might look for a passthrough battery to use just in the car and then just use the smaller eroll when you are out of the car. With a pass through you just plug it into the car and don't need to worry about charging anything. You can get them for $20.

I have the volt ecigs and they are OK. I'm not tempted to smoke any analogs while using them but I want bigger and better already, so I'm getting a large ego spinner battery and some vivi nova tanks for convenience sake and simplicity. I'll use the volt out in public and larger one at home.

As for hot hits. Try using a 100% VG based e-liquid. They're more mild on the throat. Don't overlook e-liquids, they're an important aspect as much as the device itself.

When you find the best kit for your needs the more simple things will be over the long haul even if it seems complex at first. I was overwhelmed too at first but eventually figured it all out. Save some of you $100 budget to experiment with different e-liquids. Finding the right ones change the whole experience for the better. Hopefully others will chime in with good advice for your needs.

Hi, since you're looking for the smaller type of ecig that you can keep in your pocket, it might be helpful to you to check out Smoken Joey's review website. I like his video reviews because he keeps it simple. The reviews all have links to the websites to check their current prices, and some include a coupon code for an additional discounts. His thumbs down reviews are helpful in letting you know what you don't want to waste your money on.

You say that you like the small e cigs. So do I. After a collection of e cigs over the last 4 years that could earn me a spot on Hoarders, I have found my favorites. My first and most used is the Cirrus 2 from www.whitecloudelectroniccigarettes.com/ which sells for 59.99. With this coupon code WCKIT30, the price drops to 41. It is wonderful because it vapes like a big guy, the batteries last a long time, the cartomizers are amazing and long lasting, and it looks like a regular cigarette. I like that. If you are looking for a small guy, this is the best I have found. PS I have EGOs, and multitudes of other big battery e cigs. I still choose this as my regular vape.

Just curious. How long do these last between charges and how long does a cartridge last you? This looks similar to the XHale02 that I started with. Personally, it just wasn't enough battery or cartridge to help get off of the cigs.

I can't BELIEVE how expensive the kits are on that website "whitecloudelectroniccigarettes.com" holy SMOKES?? There is no doubt in my mind that the e-cigarettes they are selling for those ridiculous prices are the exact same e-cigarettes everyone else is selling for MUCH lower prices. The only difference is they have branded them with their logo. HOLE-EY-SHNIKEYS. $299.99 for 3 batteries, a charger, and a pack of cartomizers? YOUR GETTING HOSED. HOSED. HOSED. I can tell by the inside of the charger that they are just 808 or 901 batteries... Which can be purchased else-ware for $8-10 a piece?

What a total and complete rip off in my opinion. And whoever owns that site is laughing all the way to the bank because they know all they need to do is sell 2 kits to 2 uneducated noobs and they've got $400-600 in their pockets when the kit cost them $10-20 bucks. Awesome. WhiteCloud is the worst rip-off site I've seen yet. Thats my opinion.

ECF should ban their website even being spoken of here as a suggestion to new vapers. Unbelievable. It is obvious to me that they are just playing with the new vaper's mind. "The new Cirrus 2 kit is smaller than the original Cirrus kit but allows you to vape twice as long" 1st of all, I don't believe that. 2nd of all, the Cirrus 1 kit probably has 3.7v regulated batteries and the Cirrus 2 kit probably has unregulated batteries that will last longer but lose voltage. WOW WHAT A VALUE.

The $300 kit is three 75mm 808 batteries regulated at 3.7v i'm sure... And then a charger. Then they throw in complete gimmicks, like the flashy lock box, the "NEW BLACKOUT ASH STEALTH PLUGS!" lmao.. Stealth plugs? Come on... And Get this: "StealthDraw Cartridges. By adjusting the liquid formulation, a low vapor, high nicotine solution with quick dissipation was created. The Phantom leaves no trace behind." LMFAO. You packed cartos with 100% PG juice and call it a revolution in vaping?

I'm about ready to blacklist and boycott this business. VERY shady.

Actually, the kit I have for $59.95 has two batteries and the usual charger and cartos. You can use WCKIT30 and get it for $41. It is well worth it. After having bought every 808 kit out there, I know that this one has both batteries and cartos that last much longer than the others. I got two of them during a recent sale for $29.99. No one is getting hosed. It is truly a superior brand. Name any 808 kit touted on this forum, and I can guarantee I have bought all of them. Not all batteries and cartos are created equally. I've been at this for 4 years, so I know the drill on here. There are e cig company groupies all over this forum and there are bashers of products that people have not even tried.

The battery lasts most of a day, and the cartos with heavy vaping usually last for more than a day. I have never had another 808 that came close. I especially love the fact that you can choose a multitude of both flavors and strengths as well. Before suggesting the EGO, I have several kits. I have never been impressed with 510 models, and I never pick up my EGO any longer. Another model that I really like is the Elite from Electronic Cigarettes from Cigeasy - Home of the Easy E-Cigarette That one I use frequently too. After 4 years of trying everything, I am very happy with these choices.
