I typically consider myself a pretty decisive person. Last week I bought a Jaguar and it took me all of an hour to find and purchase the vehicle on E bay.
Now I find myself looking at E cigs and the more I read on this forum the more confused I get. Don't get me wrong, there is tons of great information and many valuable opinions but it seems that as I come close to deciding I run into a new term. When I came across a post talking about the benefits of 3.7v compared to 5v, and 6v I finally decided it might be easier for me to spell out what I am looking for and hope that several of you would be willing to provide suggestions as to which brand and accesories might work for me.
With the above said I hope the details below help you to provide some suggestions.
1. I am not to worried about price for the initial purchase as I want a well made product. I am more focused on what will be more economical as replacement juice, atomizers and cartridges are purchased. I currently spend about $200 a month on analog?? (regular) cigarettes
2. I think I want a manual battery becuase as I drip juice I don't want to risk damaging the battery
3. Can you drip a 2pc compared to a 3 ? I really like the idea of getting cheap cartridges and filling them myself
4. I want to be able to change flavors without the previous flavor tainting the taste during the change from one to the other, is the best approach different cartridges and atomizers for each flavor
5.taste is important, I currently smoke menthol but really want to try cola and spearmint.
6. I understand there are different nicotine levels available in the juice, in the higher nic levels are the flavors negatively affected
7. I'd like to charge the battery and have it last long enough to smoke the equivalent of 1.5 packs of regular cigarettes, basically all day. If multiple batteries are the only way I can purchase extra, is the battery drained even when not smoking ? I would think if I smoke a normal cigarette in 2 minutes that I basically am smoking an hour and a half a day, with that said is that the equivalent of a hour and a half battery ?
8. I have no strong feelings about pen type or mini, that is not really a factor in my decision as long as I can get the other things I want.
9. Vapor, well, I simply would like to be able to get a similair amount of nicotine that I currently get. If more vapor means better nicotine delivery than I want good vapor otherwise doesn't make a big deifference to me.
10. I'd love as many flexible charging options as possible, I'm not sure I understand how the usb charge thing works, would love to plug into my car lighter and charge like that as well as via a wall outlet
11. I need to better understand how many cartridges I'd have to load if I only wanted to go through the filling process once a day to have the equivalent of 1.5 packs of cigarettes.
12. Would like the draw to be easy to moderate, don't want to feel like I have to suck through a straw to get my vapor
13. Would like to better understand the hole 3.7 v vs 5v thing
14. would like to avoid maintenance and I think I want a 2 piece as long as I can drip juice, sounds like you use the cartomizer once and throw it away (has atomizer and cartridge all in one... right??)
Sorry for being long winded, my greatest concern is that I make a purchase and then find out there is functionality or features I wasn't even aware of. The whole 3.7 v vs 5v thing got me asking myself how many variables are there on these things.
If there are other things I need to think about please let me know.
I value all inputs and opinions and appreciate you taking the time to help me.
Best Regards
Morty
