I was on a job in Tampa, FL a short time ago, and a large group of people wanted to buy e-cigs after they saw mine. I went to the suppliers forum and asked if there were any local suppliers in the Tampa area. One supplier answered, and met with the people. They buy locally from him now.

So, I suggest you post in the suppliers Forum, and ask if there are any local suppliers in your area. You may get lucky.
