Please help out a newbie with Smoking Everywhere e-cig

Ok sorry I am new to vaping, and I bought a $150 e-cig called 'smoking everywhere gold'. I would guess its probably identical to one of the #'s of e-cigs you guys list here, but I have no clue which one. When its working, it works awesome, but I have an ongoing issue with it, had to return it, and the jerk at the mall stand stole my reciept, and now my e-cig is broken again, both batteries and atomizers are constantly trying to self clean. Anyway, I really like the amount of vapor produced by this device, and the taste, compared to my blue cig, and would prefer fixing it to taking it back to these people and having to do a chargeback on my cc. Unfortunately I only have a few days. Does anyone know if there are atomizers that will fit this e-cig or how I can get it to stop self cleaning? Or is this device simply a POS? Thanks - Zeb
