Please Help Site problems

I cant log into the VaporNine site and the and i tried to have my password reset and after a day i have still not received a e-mail from the site to reset my password.

I also tried sending them a e-mail but the one they supply on there site doesn't work (support@vapornine.com).

I can't make a new account with the same e-mail as i signed up with and i don't want to make a new e-mail address. Plus all my info is already stored on site with my original e-mail.

Does anyone have any other contact info to get a hold of the owner another e-mail or phone number.

I had the same problem over the weekend, I tried requesting a password reset and still haven't gotten it I don't know their e-mail address either. I placed an order with a different vendor didn't really want to, but I needed a new battery.

I use Altsomke as my main site and this one as a back up since Rob over @ altsomke recommended them. And Altsomke is out of something so i went to VaporNine only to find out i can't log in. lol one of them day's.
