Hey. So i bought an e-cigarette for the first time 2 weeks ago. got all excited when it arrived and charged it for a full 8 hours. I had wondered if it was charging because the red light at the tip wasnt on but had a look through some sites that said most lights dont actually stay on so though it was fine. it wasnt. got about 5 puffs out of it before the vapour became very little until eventually nothing was happening at all. Charged it again. Same thing. Called the company and the sent me out a new battery. Charged this fully and the same thing happened again. Again called the company and they agreed it must be the charger so sent me a new one out. got that yesterday and put it on to charge, the tip lit up for half an hour then went off, charged it overnight and when i took it off the 3 red lights blinked meaning it needs charged. Now the company is saying that theres nothing more they can do. Please help. Any info would be amazing. Thanks.

Its the Jabeens e-cig. Dont understand how 2 different batteries AND 2 different chargers arent working.

When you buy from companies that sell bottom of the barrel products, this is what will happen. Read this forum and you will find plenty of reputable companies to deal with. Since you didn't put your location in your information, it makes it harder to provide directions.

At the top of any forum page is a link to Forum Suppliers. They all apply to join the ECF. Then there are Positive & Negative reviews forums that might sway you or not to use a company. And allot of the suppliers have phone numbers so you can call them directly if you have questions. I have 5 or 6 different ones that I use, and not a single issue with any. The power of the internet coupled with a little research can help your wallet. Sorry about the issues you are having right now with the equipment.

Thanks everyone. Been really desperate to stop smoking but after 2 weeks of waiting for things that dont work i had been losing hope. I live in Scotland and its surprisingly difficult to find a good product that isnt going to kick my backside in delivery costs. That said im not giving up, my ex has a great one that he can get for me, the only reason i didnt get that in the first place was because it was quite big and i went for a slimmer model. Heres to vaping!! :)

don't get discouraged, some of us have had bad experiences. That company didn't do the right thing telling you there was nothing else they could do, there is plenty they could have done, either sent out another battery or given you your money back. I had bought a really bad cheap no name disposable from a gas station one time, and the thing was disgusting, stopped working after about 10 puffs. But I looked around for something better. You will find something you like, and you will be glad you didn't give up, vaping is great, and this is a wonderful place to get help. Hope everything works out for you, and Happy Vaping! :vapor:
