Vision Spinner 2

I've been using e-cigs for a good time and just got a Vision Spinner 2. When i went to charge it for the first time, the green light on the usb stayed lit up the whole time. the button on the ecig blinks nonstop, in red. I let charge for 5+ hours and when i take it off, nothing happens, even when i press the button, nothing lights up. Any help would be very much appreciated!

The Vision Spinner has a 5-click On/Off lock feature: Press the button 5 clicks within 2 seconds to activate the battery or to turn it off.

Thank you for the welcome. Unfortunately, I have already tried that. When i click the button, it doesnt even light up and i get no response.

I never saw my Spinner 2 button blink red. It's white when fully charged, blue when 1/2 charged and orange when almost dead. Are you sure it's an authentic battery? Did you scratch off the security code on the box and check it at Visions web site? There are a lot of Spinner knock offs going around.

Are you twisting into the charger completely?

The connection with the charger is fine, it connects and recognizes it. But it doesnt seem to be charging it and the button doesnt light up ir anything when i take it off the charger

Sounds like it's just a bad battery to me...or a knockoff. I've owned around a dozen Vision Spinners, and have never had a problem with them.
Can you exchange it?

I trust the store I got it from and I'd think the lady would exchange it. Thank you everyone
