Please Help With My Math On This One

Let me start by saying that I essentially aced College Allgebra, Trig & Precalc. 20 years ago!

Anyway I bought some MBV Sticky Bun back in May - 18 mg 80/20 50 ml +1 Extra Flavoring Shot

I love it so I bought another in late August - 18 mg/ml 65/35 50 ml +2 Extra Flavoring Shots

I mixed the remaining 30ml from the first into the second giving me close to 70/30 (my usual DIY ratio BTW)

I vaped about 5ml giving me approximately 75 ml of 18mg 70/30 +1.6 flavor shots

Terre is selling lots of MBV in the classies.
I bought a lot off of her containing 50ml of Sticky Bun 18mg 50/50 5 flavor shots
Holy Hot Hit Batman! too much flavor

I mixed 3ml of my 60mg PG nic base with 7ml of PG to give me 10ml of 18mg PG base
The picture shows to subtract 9 VG from 60ml of 50/50 and add 9 PG to give me 65/35

I actually started with about 51-52mls of 50/50 and added 9ml of my 18mg PG
Is that about right to get me close to the 65/35 I was looking for?
It's not as critical as the nic level but I'd like to know I'm in the right ballpark.

The flavor level turned out too close to my previous to call so I lucked out there.
It's all sitting in a 135ml blue amber bottle jiggling in the UC for an hour or so.

does adding 9ml of 18mg 100% PG to 51ml of that 50/50 give me 60ml of 65/35?
or closer to 57/43 because I didn't remove any VG?

I think the final result will be 135ml of damn close to 65/35

Please correct me if I'm wrong

It's tastes so close to how it did before I got the 50/50 to be a total win. Just curious.

I think that since I couldn't remove 9mls of VG and just added 9mls of PG to a lesser amount I only changed the % half as much as I wanted.
That works out fine since it gets within a % or 2 of 65/35 in the overall mixture.

Modifying a mix is a bit more complicated than add this to that = desired result.

The others I ordered that had 5 shots I poured 1/2 a 50ml into another 50ml and filled the spaces with my unflavored 18mg. Then they tasted right lol. I learned real quick not to order 5 shots. I thought 1 shot for 15ml, 2 shots for 30ml so I would do 5 for the 50ml... Wowzers!!! Insane. I quit doing that real quick lol

Wow, you actually cut it in half and could still taste enough to enjoy it. Strong stuff.

Hi. You can figure the finished ratio like so: 51ml of 50/50 would be 25.5ml of each PG and VG. Adding 9ml of PG would make 34.5ml of PG and 25.5ml of VG, in 60ml total. So, 34.5/60 = .575 (57.5%) PG.

If you added yet another 13ml of PG, it would be 47.5/73 = .65 (65%) PG. Probably not worthwhile, unless you want to reduce the flavor more.

Thanks. That's what I thought.
Mixed with the original 2 batches it's very close to 65/35 (where I want it).
The flavor's near perfect now so it was a total win
