Ok guys, I have bought quite a few items from you . And have sent many others as well.
So I am looking at an ineken, think its pretty nice, and when u get to the bottom, I see that it only has a 14 day warranty. I have not ever bought anything from you guys except for misc. parts and fluxomizer type items.

I am helping a few others out, and for something that is $60+ to only have a 14 day warranty, I just don't understand.

I'm going to be honest about how I feel and say that maybe you don't have that much confidence in the product if you are only giving it 2 weeks to function properly.

Why not at least a 30 day warranty?

I understand lower warranty times on consumables such as attys fluxo's etc.. Etc.. But to only put the "brains/ electronics" most expensive part of the whole vaping system with a 14 day warranty again feels to me like you are not confident in the product..

I understand that people can be hard on things, and that accidents happen, and you should deal with those on a one to one basis, but to drop almost $100, and that I imagine is a usual order for someone ordering something along these lines, is not just throw-away income.

I wat to keep pointing people your direction, and to buy myself, but I can't reconcile why in my mind should I spend $100 on an order that, if something should happen within 4 weeks, say the batts burn out , is not covered, and I have to spend another $100 to chance that if something goes wrong with the next one it will hopefully happen within 14 days..??

I am not trying to be contentious, but a curious and wise consumer..

its not about confidence in the product its about the fact that these are highly mobile products that are carried about everywhere and can be damaged in ways we cant verify that the customers hasnt damaged the product themselves, so we came up with a 14 day warranty that will provide some assurance of lack of manufacturer defects

I understand incidentals, but a 30 day with sellers discretion, I.e. no cracks, broken ends, water dripping out of it, that I would understand would not be covered, but these devices many of the electronic ones now have " safety features" to avoid short's or not blowing an atty that is lr and someone has a vv set at 5.6, I guess what I'm saying is maybe warrant electronics in them for 30 days, 14 for just flat out wont work out of box and for defects, maybe anything after 14 days the other 16 days only for electrical .. would sure make me feel better, but like I said in my first post I'm not here to argue the point..

It is what it is I guess, I just hope that maybe this has given you food for thought about the length of a $50plus item warranty period..

Thanks for hearing me out..
