Hi Mike, you asked about other folks experiencing delays...the answer is yes, my own package is caught up in the pre-Christmas chaos, it hasn't moved since the 27th November.

My first order from EM several weeks before this was with me within 10 days, I currently have orders pending from other Chinese based sites...all these sites are warning of big delays of around two weeks.

I am based in the UK, but an American guy and myself were discusing the issue on another thread, his was also delayed from the 27th, but his package arrived today I believe...so things are moving, they are just moving very slowly.

Hang in there, EM are a great company to deal with (read the thread I've linked below if you want an idea of just how great they are....)

Not many companies would do this IMO.

(I know it's a killer waiting for any PV related stuff...it's like Christmas every time you recieve an order isn't it?)

I wrote to customer service 3 days ago about my shipment. According to Ed, it was on a plane December 9 at 2:53 AM. (And I need to be patient.) 15 days later, it's still not trackable on USPS.

I probably should have purchased my first e-cigarette locally so I wouldn't have to wait for customs but, once I figured out what model I wanted, EastMall's seemed the best. But I want to start vaping -- last week (or at least yesterday.)

as Ed said to you, the shipping is absolutely "Hell on Earth"
at this time---- so it is I am afraid, --------

a case of -- hurry up and wait ---------

I am sure, absolutely sure - that yours is on the tracking list by now---
eastmall tracks all packages after 7 days-----

so we are watching either --- watching it -- or watching for it ----

we do ask that you allow double the normal shipping time at this time of year - so allow 20 days or so please--- before absolute panic sets in ----

if you are still anxious- after this time has passed -------
please contact Ed again- he is - as we all are ----
inundated at this time of year, so please,

It made it to NY at 8 this morning. As I live in Manhattan, there's even a chance I'll get it in my Saturday mail delivery. Fingers crossed.

My order was handed over to customs in GUANGZHOU on 11/18/2009. Since then no further tracking has been available through either EMS or USPS. Ordinarily I would have received my order by now. I imagine it's the Christmas rush. At least I hope that's what's causing the delay.

Doorbell rings, ding dong. Big surprise! My order from 11/17/09 shows up! Looks like it's been to hell and back. Soggy, damp and taped back together. Invoice inside damp with a big hole in the middle. Barely readable. Items inside in pristine condition though because they were well wrapped and taped.

I think USPS just set a record, 42 days! Sheesh! 8-o
