Or eJuice Me Up - e-Juice e-Liquid Recipe Calculator which resides on your computer.

I'm guessing you want 35% VG? I use the above calc which takes into account the PG or VG in the flavoring. I plugged in the 15% flavor and 35% VG and got: Nic Base in PG 7.5 (50%) VG 5.25 (35%) Flavoring 2.25 (15%) which is very close, it's just splitting that last 1%.

Suggestion; you might want to start with a 3 ml sample batch until you're sure the flavoring amount is right for you. I don't personally work in tobacco flavoring so I could be completely off, but a lot of the other types actually start losing flavor at 15%. I'm currently vaping a high flavor peach and can't get above 12% with it.

Math is fine.

May want to scale that down to 5ml, or less, for testing.

(I have one coffee flavor that is too strong at 2% and I have given up on making it work. I have others that work fine around 15%.)

Better to throw out a little than a lot.

I was hoping the math was fine. I was trying to make sure I understood how the calculators are working. I purchased 250ml of PG based Nic @ 48mg/ml. So I assumed that if I want to only 24mg of nic, then it should constitute half of any container I put it in. Then I just needed to figure out how to blend the filler (VG) with the flavor. Does that make sense ?
