Ploom?

Hi, i was looking at videos on youtube and came across a weird e-cig called "Ploom" i guess it runs with propane? lol i was wondering if anyone has tried this and what do they think about it? I guess you cant even inhale it.... sounds dumb to me but id like to know more about it
