What are cartomizers? Cartomizers are heaven haha. Cartomizers are disposable combined cart and atomizer. They are hard to clean and dry - do not count on being able to do that. My juices have to earn a cartomizer. Before a juice gets a carto I make sure I like that juice enough to vape a lot of it. If a carto is filled completely, allowed to settle, and kept damp with juice, you can usually get 4-7 days good
vaping out of one though they do degrade as used and reused. I recommend Boge 510 cartomizers and you need the standard resistance ones on a slim 510, not the LR/2.0 or HV. And warning - if you have auto batteries then you need to be extremely careful an make sure a carto is not going to leak before you put it on your battery.
