Hey everyone,
I know that Pluid is not safe in a few types of plastics. I have some dripper bottles that don't say what kind of plastic they are and I would like to put some pluid into them. I saw a youtube video and found a post or two where people had their pluid in a plastic dripper bottle.
I have heard that polypropylene is an acceptable substance for holding pluid but polycarbonate and acrylic are not. Does anyone know what most dripper bottles are made out of?
Flavors like cinnamon and citrus are sent in plastic bottles as well, so I kind of lean towards maybe it would be okay?
If anyone wants to check their bottle (and please share your results) you can look here : Resin identification code - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia and you might be able to figure out what it is made of (my bottle did not have one).
