I got my plume veil clone by tobeco about 2 weeks ago. The first problem I've noticed is whenever I tighten the post screws they tend to snap the wire then I have to make another coil. Another problem I've ran into is after a while one of the screws (positive post) will loosen up and I need to tighten it again which usually snaps the wire and I'm screwed. Anyone else have these problems? I really wanna like this tank but I just keep going back to my older ones when I run into these problems.

28 gauge. Definitely not over tightening. I've never had this issue before on my tugboat or stillare.
maybe try removing the screws and lightly sanding (with a small grain sandpaper) any burs off of the bottom of them. Just be careful not to sand the threads!
^ this. Also you might try to sand the inside of your post holes too. Those were very sharp on my Stillare clone and would cut wires sometimes.

Wrap some fine grit sandpaper around some kind of mandrel, stick it in there and twist.
Yeah I'm having the same problem with my Plume Veil. I just build dual parallel builds in it because that screw won't snap 2 wires. I'm too lazy to do any type of sanding.
