Wish the FDA made a list of PMTA submissions publicly available. Makes good sense as people outside the submitter could have information material to the application.

Hello! Yes, we filed for Tribeca Tobacco, SubZero Menthol, Turkish Tobacco and Fusion Unflavored Tobacco. Our applications have been accepted, AND passed initial review. They are now in the Substantive Scientific Review. This is the final stage before we receive an approved market order from the FDA. This is also the longest stage. The initial acceptance is just a cursory review of the application: Does it have "enough" information in it? The second stage is where they check to see if we have all of the required information within the application. The stage our application is in now is the substantive scientific review. This is where they go through all the studies and information we included with our application in order to determine the outcome. They may ask questions or request more information during this part of the process. We're excited to continue to provide the best quality American-made e-liquid to our loyal customers.
