Point me to DIY

Hi. I have never done any DIY but I think I want to start. I am getting pretty interested in DIY could someone point me in the right direction please? Where can I get some great base at a great price? What are the differences between Flavor Arts and Lorans, which one is better? Is DIYflavorshack the place to go? Oh and is the perfumers apprentices just perfumes or are they flavors or are scents flavors I'm confused on that one?

I cant wait to start mixing my own juice. I cant wait to start building my kit. Please anyone can you just point me toward the light?

Has anyone used the juice app on the Iphone? Is it a good calculator or will I be wasting juice?

I cant give much info on DIY..at least not reliable anyhow. What I DO know is PA knows a heck of a lot about flavorings, and she services a LOT of vendors here. (I've chatted with her on the phone). Capella Flavors - 50+ Water Soluable Flavors for Water, Coffee, Teas, Diet Shakes, Flavored water,flavor water,water flavor drops,Capella Flavor Drops,vanilla flavoring,bottled drinking water,flavor syrup,coffee flavors is good flavors, as well as PA, FA, and loreanns. But they all have their specialty, and are not all alike from what I have read. All good, but were talking specifics. You have the smoke shack url, and shes recommended, as well as One Stop DIY Shop to get your gear. Good luck.

I have been making my own for about 3 weeks now - which makes me a beginner, but even when you first start out - you can make good juice - most of the flavorings are good in themselves, so you can just add some to nic-juice with some pg or vg to water the nic juice down - and vape. Instant DIY

One Stop DIY Shop has the best prices and selection I have found and the owner will gladly give you advice on the phone- but her web site is not so great.

She has a $35 anniversary special that is 120 ml of 36mg/ml nic juice, 4 15ml Perfumers Apprentice flavorings of your choice plus 4 small bottles. You will need a few more small bottles, plus some PG or VG (I think around $4 for 4oz)
and a syringe for measuring - They have other small things for measuring - but I like a syringe best - and your good to go.

I would check out the Perfumers Apprentice web site - even if you order their flavors at One Stop or someplace else, because they give full descriptions and reviews of their flavors - Oh and another thing - there are only 2 or 3 type sweetneers that do not mess up atomizers or your lungs - I forgot their names - but one of them is sold in a concentrated form by the brand name ez-sweetz and if you go to there website they will send you a small bottle with 180 drops (each drop = sweetness of 2 tsp. sugar) for free + about $3 shipping.

There's a whole Forum on DIY Tips and Tricks Personally i buy my non flavoured liquid from Welcome to XtremeVaping.com If you move on to mixing high nic levels do it with care, i started off by mixing lower levels to get the hang of it first and still only order 50mg max. Try out new flavours by only mixing them with pg/vg it'll save your nic liquid ;-)
