My internet is on and off, so I was searching cleaning methods for attys the other day and saw that it seemed a lot of people liked the polident method, and it makes sense. So I went to walmart and bought some (and while I was there was when I burnt the .... out of the atty I wanted to clean by leaving it in my purse, drrr). I got the kind for partials, that says non-corrosive and safely cleans metals. So I just soak and then rinse and blow out, yeah? Oh, and dry of course, how long should I dry for? I didn't think it really mattered, but it sounds like it does. I dropped my atty in the sand at the beach the other day and had to rinse it with water and started vaping right away and it didn't seem to hurt it. Anyway, does this method work well? Also is it good for getting stuck in flavors out? I'm always afraid to try a new flavor now, especially while I only have one atty....

The recommendations I have read state that you should dry your atty over night if doing a soaking clean, be it polident, crest mouth wash, cola, etc.

Some people soak, then rinse, then blow out the water or put it into a glove and spin. You want to get out as much of the water as you can, then let dry.

I have not used the polident cleaning. Have used the crest mouth wash when my atty's are gross.

Another way to clean is a dry burn. I think Highping developed this and there is a sticky on the forum for it.

I would strongly suggest that you get some more atty's at least another 10. If the 1 you have craps out, you are big time SOL until you get more atty's in. Not a good situation to be in.
