Polishing Smoktech Magneto v2 (brass)

Anyone have any good success polishing a Smoktech Magneto v2? I've got the brass version and it's lookin a bit dingy from my use, but I'm afraid to use anything to polish till I've gotten some advice from you all!

I'm guessing it's not lacquered. Take the battery out and just buy some brass polish from a local store and get a clean cloth rag and wipe it down, get another clean cloth rag and make sure to remove all of the polish...

Brasso ...! If it's really dinged up, you might consider a Dremel with a felt bob to help that polish along! Good luck and take some before and after pics!

Personally I find that trying to keep a glossy finish to be too much of a bother. I just rub mine down with a soft cloth occasionally to keep it clean and leave it go natural.

You could clean with alcohol and then clearcoat if you want a maintenance free shiny finish...rustoleum clear coat works well. Just be sure to tape off your threads before spraying and follow the directions for best results.
