dripped a few drops in the catch cup to try a different flavor?

Its often mentioned but in 14 months of REO ownership I've never done it once :D

Its not that I don't mind mixing or trying a different juice, its more that I spend my time trying to keep the catch cup dry and clean.

Plus is it really that hard to drip through the drip tip ?? Or pull off the DT and drop a few like I do ??

So lets have it who among us has never dripped directly into the catch cup ???

(Tell me I'm not the oddball here) :D

I did it after I got my Grand, my first REO. Back then I was squonking until I saw juice in the cup. I had a lot of issues with flooding my atomizers and the drip well usually contained juice.
So it was not a big deal to drip a new flavor of juice into the well to try.

Now with blind squonking the juice wells stay dry. And when I want to try something new I drip into the atty. Usually wait till I need to squonk, then drip into it. That way I am sure to get the new flavor.

Not me. I need to figure a way to clean my catch cup out, one of mine has some green dis-colorization.

Brass or anodized ???

I've never had anything a vodka Q-tip® couldn't fix. My woodvil that has only had Boba's in it gets really yellow sometimes.
Not the brass looking yellow either, more like Ferrari yellow. Its weird, all my other brass cups get a dark ring but that one always turns yellow.

I don't drip into the reservoir because I'm lazy. If I fill a 6 mL bottle, I vape it till it's gone, unless it's really foul. That makes me enjoy the more nummy juices even better, because I don't vape them all day everyday.

When I run out of my pre-mixed juice I've accumulated, I'll either stick with a few tried and true nummy pre-mixes or I'll venture into DIY. I've got a ways to go.

Hi Tim :)

I have used the catch cup to sample other flavors -- I'd rather do this than drip into my atty because I don't want to ruin the flavor already there. Back in the days when I used a cig looking ecig, I remember dripping Pina Colada into the atty and I couldn't use that atty for any other flavor after that!

The catch cup, or the lil well as I call it, is my micro tank

One reason I bought my Reo's is because I'm a sloppy dripper and after I tried catch-cup dripping on my Reo's, I soon found I was also sloppy at that. This led me to use 1 to 2ml's in a clean bottle if I wanted to try something new. Besides, I think it really takes a few ml's of a new juice to taste its full flavor in the same atty.

I drip in the catch cup all the time. When my mini's not in use, it sits on a table or in a closed case so the cup stays debris free and clean. I also wipe the cup out with a bit of papertowel when I fill my bottle or blow out the atomizer. I love being able to drip a bit in the cup rather than down the drip tip. I just think it's easier. Couple drips, then a slight drag before turning it on and the eliquid gets all pulled in and I'm ready to vape.
