Considering you're a member on ECF, you probably can get a better information, prices and variety than B&M can offer, still some of us (including me) are regular customers on some B&M store.

It's interesting for me to see, what makes you come back to the same store when technically Google IS a better friend :)

The only time I go to a B&M store is when I'm in a pinch and for that I do feel bad. The prices online are so much less. Living on fixed income I have to carefully allocate my money. I just can't afford to buy everything at the local B&M. I understand they have more overhead than online vendors and would patronize them more if possible. Sorry for the "reverse" reply.....

I use most B&Ms like Best Buy. I go in, check out their mods and tanks, get a feel for them (because "crunchy fire button" on a forum doesn't really explain it for me) and the buy online. I want to support them so I can continue to "test drive" equipment so I usually buy a couple bottles of juice or some wire if they don't have a flavor I care for.

I love my local B&Ms and I stop on a weekly basis to get the things I need. Also, about once a month, my father and I drive to Knoxville, TN (about 30 minutes from home) and spend the day going to all the B&Ms we like. Of course we buy things, but we also enjoy the camaraderie and community these places offer. That's just something that you can't get at an online store.

Mostly for me it is about selection and customer service. A local shop the employees don't treat me like I am stupid and I appreciate that.

So far I haven't bought from anyone online. Not because I don't want to(believe me there are a lot of vendors I would like to try) but #1 most juices online ARE more expensive than my local shop(there I can get 50mL for 12.99) and #2 I actually have someone I can talk to(such as being able to get an instant response when I say "I drink coffee in the morning, usually something with caramel. What juice do you sell here that would compliment that?").

And while I haven't been able to sample the juices at my local shop(they plan to eventually have that available) I haven't been screwed over yet just buying some. When I did go to another shop(in another town) I was treated......differently and the juices I got sucked(the tobacco tasted like fresh cut grass).

I am now 10000% committed to my local B&M vape shop. I even look forward to buying my first Mod there next year(a 1yr analog-free present to myself).

I can't tick any of the boxes. All the B+Ms near me in the uk are staffed by pimpled school leavers that have zero knowledge, Or peeps just out to line their pockets. Ask for advice on kit they'll show you ego starter packs and cig-a-likes cos that's the limit of their knowledge and stock.
They certainly won't let you try any kit or flavours cos that eats into the profits. Customer service - non existant. Hands-on help - don't make me laugh!!

I can wait 3 days, no problem :D
