I have designed a forgiving mesh style Dspin. Not all people have the patient to work with atomizers like that, so I made something very easy for all of us. Design has almost nothing to do with what you know already
Far as genisis attys go, There are no shorts as long as mesh is properly prepared, there is no bad feeding if a higher # mesh is used, wrong air feeding because people try to eliiminate leakage and block the air hole - there is leakage if one insists on laying it down - that is the nature so far of the genisis.

If a genisis is properly set up - and designed w/proper top cap, air hole, wick hole - there is nothing better. Most people have issues because they dont take the time to learn it. First genisis I ever owned, I went through 20 wicks and wire before getting it right. Almost threw it out the window at that time.

As far as talking to people on the greek thread - you have TWO of the most intelligent people to talk to on this forum

URQUIDEZ - who designs and builds genisis atomizers among other things, thus far has made the best genisis that I currently own - the Nahual prototype which I have been testing. He also designed a revolutionary way of connection which is different and better than all other genisis currently in production.

RWECHSLER - He has designed a hybrid genisis w/a famous maker and that will be in production later this yr.

Two little geniuses that you could confer with if you decide to get into genisis.

Lots of genisis out there - not alot of them that can be called excellent. - IMO

I currently have 9 genisis Imeo and have rid myself of all the rest of the ones that dont measure up.

So I guess 65% of those who voted don't know how to oxidize a mesh wick...

I dont think that its a fair assumption. Im not putting genesis down, nor saying that its better or less than the traditional GG style. Its just another choice. Its a totally different experience and taste , not of taste as in style or looks, its in the way the juice chemically reacts to the stainless steel mesh compared to a well prepared silica. I have tried a couple of the best Genesis, built to the same specs as the Ody silica, same juice same watts, same voltage etc, I even stepped down the nic. It was just different. My NET tobaccos changed completely, they lost something or gained. I did notice that some of the fruits did get more intense, but more vapour and more intensity just didnt make it better for Me

There are others that have the best Genesis atomizers out there, and like me just didnt like it better. I tried the DID, I tried a Zen and another newer Genesis that the person who owns the best says its just as good or better and I just did not like it. They were prepared for me by experienced genesis users, with immaculate wicks and wraps, they were " artistically" and technically prepared. There were no hots spots, etc. I did not think it was awful or bad tasting, just not my preference.

I guess what Im trying to say is that there has to be choices and there will always be the battle of silica vs ss mesh and now the ceramic porous wick( its a hard pumice solid looking piece of stone like wick) Technology constantly changes, and there will always be the "new" best thing.

Some might say Imeo is giving in to the mesh craze, or that he is trying to "cash" in on the Genesis train. Some say GG is a system that is outdated. Some might even say that Imeo is "copying" someone else's idea, but Imeo is making something that his customers want. Genesis made right, without the little handicaps that learning to set up a Genesis brings. Imeo will perfect and change it and make it GG.

Okay this has become an essay, sorry for the length , its just a compilation of the thoughts that go thru my head when I hear the constant back and forth on what is the best, etc.

Thanks, and let Imeo make every Vapor satisfied.

I can use mesh in Ody/Penny as the gurus here have shown and I'm sure with Ithaka when it arrives. I have a Bliss that's an excellent genny and my poor UFS is longing for Achilles. Having said all that, I would just love to see Imeo's version of a dedicated mesh atty, especially the attention to detail that he can apply to it. I vote for mesh but will support any of Imeo's creations.

We have heard so much about the Achilles but very little about your mesh style atomizer so I think a poll about this right now is a little bias. Maybe some more info first or maybe a side by side demo so that we all can see. I personally love both styles of atomizers. Right now I'm only using the two Oddy's I have because they are awesome, I had a DID and I liked it very much when I could get it running right. I think the biggest problem for me with the DID was laying them down or not being in a situation to where they could be up right all the time. That being said, I vote for mesh style because I really like the flavor out of the mesh style too and it would be a nice change up.

There's many tutorials out there to teach mesh oxidation. I'm very happy with my current setups and I just personally have zero interest in moving into mesh. Even if it's an Imeo creation I'm not going to purchase it. Not because I can't do it, just because I have no desire to.:)

Just gotta say looking at it through a manufacturer prospective that if imeo makes a GG dedicated genisis atty he will truely own the market IMO. He already has the best mechanical mods made and the best silica RBA's(and even improving on them). I would love to see a GG product take over that side of vaping too.

That's great Imeo ...

Problems with mesh atomisers ..first is leaking when on its side !! Then is the non adjustable air ..which now they are coming out a few with adjustable air also .. And oxidizing the mesh ..that gives shorts ..

Now about which first ... I go with the mesh atomiser then achiles ... Or achiles then you have time to work more on prototype of the mesh atomiser .

Great news
