I was trying to think of something to use as filler material that wouldn't be much of a hassle. I have been playing with the polyfill stuffing and it's just way too springy and doesn't like to hold its shape very well. Wanting to stick with polyester as a filler material since that's what manufacturers determined was suitable, I decided to try some polyester yarn.

Since yarn comes in different styles and thicknesses, you should be able to find something that works for your model e-cig. You get a good amount of yarn for only a few dollars, and it's already in the shape that you need it. All you have to do is cut it down to the proper length. It's simple and it works wonders! No more playing with poly fill or tea bags. And I'm thinking it will last quite a while. At least as long as the original filler.
