I was the recipient of the new member contest when I first joined, and in the care package was a little ziploc of tiny blue squares that at the time I had no idea what to use them for. Eventually I figured out they were cartridge fillers, but right after that discovery I relapsed and bought some camels and forgot about the ecigs for a couple of weeks. I think I remember reading somewhere that you could find it Wal-Mart around the fish tank stuff, but I checked my local store and didn't see anything that resembled what I had received. Any one know where to get it? or at least what I'm talking about?
