Poor performance with a few Backwoods juices has left me sad...

I've used almost all of Don's juices since I started in Jan and never had problems with any of them until June. As I stated earlier all the stuff I got after my May order won't work in any carto (not just a bloog problem). I really think it comes down to a problem with the base PG or VG. I'm hoping that he's back to his old vendor for that since there seems to be hit and miss reports of it being better recently. In my opinion, it's just a timing issue for people - it all comes down to the "born on date" on the juice.

Profection - I've got at least 8 out of your list that don't work at all in cartos for an example. I understand people jumping to filling or dark juices or something of the sort but believe me, I've tried everything with these and as I said I used them blissfully for MONTHS prior to these "bad batches" without any problems.

I really hope Don's fixed his issue. I'd be happy to send him back all my juices from the June and July batches if it'd help him figure out the problem - they're unusable to me after all. I love his juices and will go back to him in a heart beat if the problem is fixed, I just can't justify continuing to dump money on the problem without any word on a potential solution. I really encourage people to post RECENT "born on dates" for bottles of BWB that work flawlessly through an entire carto as it'll help those of us that have been affected by this problem gain some confidence that the situation has been resolved.

Casablanca, Peach, Blueberry, and Dulce De Leche with born on date 8/1 work for me. Been using them for over a month in the Bloog fine. They do burn juice at 5v though but I am sure its more a carto problem at that point as the Bloog cartos are designed for 3.7v vaping. Also tried in other carto's designed for 5v (boge, smoktech, DCC) and they work fine.

The BWB juice from my last two orders July 6 and july 25 both gave my cartos trouble. You would fill them up and they would not vape. They wouldn't die because you could hear them work and feel them get hot but no vapor, no flavor. They all had to go in the "to be cleaned" bucket. The flavors were: Backo, Virginia, Malty Toffee, Root Beer, Coconut, and Menthol. At least I can get them to kind of work on a true 5 Volt passthrough on some 2 ohm dual coil cartos. So it's not a total loss though they're not giving me a great vaping experience. And they seem to be dropping in performance kind of faster than normal. I've been ordering juice from other vendors. And The Bloog Menthol is my "go to" juice.

Okay, I think this might be the thread I am looking for...

First - I am currently using SI Volt batteries and Carts. After receiving my first order from BWB though, I am having some issues and ended up here by searching for answers/alternatives so I can enjoy my BWB awesomeness. Unfortunately, my understanding is the Volt and Bloogs are really similar.

My issue seems to be mainly with my BWB Pear and to a slightly lesser extent, Cola. I can fill a carto up and get roughly 5 or so drags before starting to get a dry/semi-burnt taste. During refilling, I am also finding that they seem extremely runny; almost as if I'm pouring straight water in them - I guess its like the Carts already full to begin with, but sure doesn't taste like it!

Oddly enough, when I switch from my auto Volt to a manual Volt its even worse, with my getting but 2-3 draws if I am lucky. Yet when I pick up the cheapy generic batteries I received in my very first (808) starter kit, I can vape them pretty well over a fair amount of time, just with a slightly limited flavor burst. Now dont get me wrong, its no where near the time I get out of my E-LiquidEmporium Cinnamon Red-Hot or my Pink-Spot Raspberry Mojito - but its at least better then the 5 vapes I seem to cap out at on a Volt.

So after reading this topic, it seems the problem I am having is probably unlikely to be solved by switching to Bloog Cartos

With my luck using the old cheapy battery though, I guess its worth asking if anyone has tried recent BWB juice in cheap-o carts with any form of success?

And similarly, I am too much of a newbie to know what the differences are in the Volt/Bloogs verses cheapie generics (other the the vaping results, of course.) But does it make sense that cheap batteries give better BWB in Carto results? Is this possibly the track we need to investigate to solve this issue?

if anyone has tried recent BWB juice in cheap-o carts with any form of success?

Not sure if V2 cigs blank KR808 cartos would be considered cheapo or not. I'm currently using those, which I believe are 2.6-2.8 ohms. I have BWB 555, Cherry Tobacco, and Honey Flue Tobacco and have filled the same cartos several times with no problems. Those are the only ones I've tried though. I'd love to try the Malty, but I think it'll be too thick for me.
