Popped my E-Cherry Today, just a few questions.

Today My m401 kit arrived from heaven gifts(ems was great by the way took 6 days from the purchase date to arrive in Wa)

Anyways I absolutely love the 401 it feels pretty comfortable, and the standard ruyan tobacco flavored carts are not bad. The vapor production seems to near match that of an analogue cigarette.

So my question is about how to properly store my m401 when not in use, should i be disconnecting the battery from the atomizer, and let the atomizer drain out fluid out onto a paper towel. Or is it fine to leave the whole assembly completed?

I've searched and answers seem to be pretty mix and match depending on what model, but if some one could just clear this up for me my mind will be at peace lol. It seems like my e-cig is almost working "too" good. Kind of spooky.

I have a 901 and what I do at night is to unscrew the atty from the battery and store the atty, battery connection side up, with the cart still on it, that way the juice runs back into the cart. I then store the battery, connector side down, to let any juice that might have gotten in it to drain.

congrats on getting your new m401 glad to hear everything is working out for you!! I don't own that particular model but I do have a 901 and a 510 I usually keep them connected unless it's going to be for sometime and then I disconnect the battery from the atomizer. I have found that rotating atomizers helps a lot in prolonging their lifespan. Best of Luck and enjoy your new vape

I would at least slightly unscrew the batt from the atomizer. The switch is operated by sound. Your unit can turn on when you aren't using it if there is "enough" noise.

My 2nd day with the 401 and have cut my analogue consumption by 2/3. So far my only problem has been with refilling a blank cart. I used the paper clip method with about 6 drops which caused the poly fill to be totally saturated, however once i started vaping i was getting really poor vapor. I switched on a factory cart and had great vapor. I'm sure this will be a little bit of a trial and error process.

42109 - Not *all* 401 batts are sound activated. I've never seen a sound activated 401 batt myself.

You may be flooding it. Try 3 drops instead of 6 and see what happens.

Yeah, those darn cats can be pretty sneaky. (Yeah, I was really bored the other nite,lol)

I used to do mine that way until I started going thru batteries left and right. Once I quit dripping and starting the whole nightly ritual I quit ruining my batts. I know now that I was way overfilling the atty, flooding it, and getting the juice down in my batteries. Now that Nerf has made me a passthru that some really super cool person paid for ( Thank you again) It's solved that batery problem for me and I get a lot more vapor. I love passthrus! Now I just need to figure out how to make a battery mod for the few times I leave the house and I'm good.
