Hey all I just have a couple of questions about popular drip tips and 510 battery connectors.

DRIP TIPS
What brand is popular and also what is the outside diameter of the part that slips into the atty for a snug fit

510 BATTERY CONNECTOR
More for people who have made there own atty using the 510 connection.
How have you joined the connector to the atty (press fit, Silver soldered ect)
and what is the outside diameter of the connecter that is in the atty body. (also where you got that particular connector)

You want to sad truth? It varies. Most drip tips use an O-ring to make the contact to the inside of the atomizer tube. The connectors are press fit and I have seen spline like ridges or torx like spurs in the brass of the battery connector to help it make good contact with the SS tube.

If they were a consistant diameter there would be no need of the o-rings or the spurs as a simple slight taper would work.

Since atomizers are produced in the thousands and sold for a few bucks and are considered a disposable wear part, it does not make sense to use highly dimensional stable tube.

So what is the diameter of the actual hole that the drip tip goes into then?
