Portable Charger Problem Model: 808E-PACK

So I plugged this baby to my computer and one of the LED lights goes on, and then i plugged in the battery. Nothing happens, I do not see anything going on at all, no flashing or changing colors of the lights, just nothing. On top of that, my battery is not charged. What am I doing wrong, and if there is a driver necessary for this thing, can anyone provide that. Please and thank you

I wish these things came with directions! Here's some info I found on the internet. I hope it helps you.

PCC LED indicators:
The top light (closest to the case hinge) is for the PCC's battery- when red the case is charging, turns green when it's done charging and will stay that way until it is unplugged from the USB port.

The bottom light is for the ecig battery - It is off when no battery is present, if a battery is charging it is solid red, and when your battery is fully charged it flashes on and off.

mine just automatically lit up red when I plugged it in. No drivers or anything necessary. Sounds like maybe you got a bad case?
