I live in Portland NW, and there is no vape culture here. I am disappointed about that. I have been thinking about opening my own vape cafe! It is so lacking here. The only place here in the NW side is Northwest Vapors in Vernonia, which is basically in the countryside. Way too far out of town. The few that are in Beaverton , are stinky old head shops that a grown woman with specific standards does not want to enter. I am disappointed with the lack of options. I do all my shopping online.

Just an FYI, There is a place in Beaverton that sells NW Vapor juice and some entry level gear. Not a head shop, either.

Timber Valley Tobacco.

Well, we were happily vaping at one of the outside tables at Hair of the Dog Brewery earlier today, and the staff didn't say a word to us. ;-)

A good friend (and fellow vaper) owns the only bar (aside from the Eagles) in Bingen, WA - right across the Columbia from Hood River, and she allows vaping inside. I won't name it, don't want to break any rules? She allows vaping in there, and sees more vapers in there every day.

I wouldn't think vaping outside would be an issue around here. Truly, I don't see that many smokers except in downtown. I don't even get looks from people when I'm out and about vaping.

I think people here for the most part just mind their own business. I sort of wish I'd get more curious people but not having to deal with hecklers is nice too. :)
